Biography
Mechkou is a cyberpunk information broker from the Light Capital, a city steeped in fog and mystery. From the dreary street level, the neon street signs climb high into the sky, promoting all sorts of farces. To Mechkou, this is a great crime against humanity. Life should not be shackled to crummy advertisements or authoritative regimes. No, life should be free for all. No strings attached.
This is the ethos that drives her every move.
